Chalk Mountain Services of Texas is seeking a candidate that has the skills necessary to build and lead a dynamic team of Safety and Environmental professionals.

• Minimum of eight (8) years leading a Safety and Environmental department.
• Operational knowledge of oil and gas.
• Must have knowledge of OSHA, TCEQ, EPA and RRC regulations.
• Exemplary organization and communication skills.
• Must have experience leading an instructor led training program.
• Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
• Expected to professionally develop staff.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Formal professional accreditation is a plus.
