• Attend conferences to exhibit/market Chaddock programs and services, network and build relationships with referral sources. New contacts are to be obtained at all conferences and entered into Chaddock’s referral data base. Post conference follow-up is required.
• This position will require travel.

• Acquire and retain new referral sources by working in collaboration with Marketing to promote Chaddock services addressing or predicting client needs. To include management of the database of contact information and regular communication with current and prospective clients including sending the CATS monthly e-newsletter.

• Assist with researching and recommending enhancements to marketing approaches and service offerings to better position programs being offered.

• Communicate with families, professionals and referral sources in regards to Chaddock programs and services. Work in conjunction with Admissions staff to identify child/family needs and assist with providing resources.

• Work with Admission Managers to identify and secure new funding resources, establish tools, processes, etc to best provide services to those in need.

• Schedule and conduct referral source tours, educational consultant and other visits, Pre-Placement Interview (PPI)’s and placements for children, families and professionals as identified.

• Develop webinars and presentations to be shared with potential referral sources both online and in-person at conferences.
• Chaddock reserves the right to revise or change job duties and responsibilities from particular jobs and to assign other duties as necessary.

Chaddock’s Family Resource Manager will build relationships with organizations, clinical professionals, educators and others who are a fit for services provided by the Chaddock Family of Organizations. This position will work directly with the Admission Managers as part of their team to identify needs and resources for families who reach out for services and help establish processes to assist with those needs. They will be responsible for developing external relationships with potential consumers and referral sources and work with other internal departments when a client seeks specific services. Travel throughout the United States is required for this position.

Experience/Education/Skills

• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to actively listen and assure client understanding.
• Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
• Must be a creative problem solver and results-driven.
• Ability to perform regular competitive market research and communicate needs to the Marketing team.
• May be required to work overtime on an as-needed basis.
• Ability to provide regular reporting and analytics to management.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the Chaddock Family of Organizations.

Additional Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Possess a valid Driver’s License, qualifying for approval as a Child Care Facility Driver from DCFS
• Be an American citizen or have a valid work permit
• Pass a drug screen, medical examination and tuberculosis (TB) test
• Pass a criminal background check

Core Hours

• Day shift, Primarily. Travel will include evenings and weekends.
