Position Description:
CGI is actively seeking a Business Operations Analyst that will support all activities of the business operations team such as new hire onboarding, procurement functions, logistics & administrative items, documentation updates, deliverable support, etc.
As the Business Operations Analyst, you are responsible for assisting our Leadership Team in performing, organizing, and streamlining operational tasks to support smooth business operations. You will perform activities to support client reporting, Client Partnership Management Framework processes, and member management. Strong written and oral communications, attention to detail, organizational skills and a positive attitude will be highly valued in this high-profile support position. This position can must be able to work in a hybrid manner from our Richmond, VA office.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Support Leadership Team (VPs, Directors) Activities
Provide strategic support, coordination, and contribution in the following areas:
Client development plans
Pursuit strategies
Proposal management
Business plans
Portfolio tracking
Tracking and Reporting of Action Items & Risks/Issues
Create slide decks
Capture metrics
Coordinates projects and events exercising ability to improvise and improve procedures and meet deadlines
Administrative Support Tasks
Timesheet reporting
Expense reporting
Project Invoicing
Coordinates and schedules meetings/conference calls/live meetings/catering arrangements, presentation preparations
Arrange the All-hands Meeting
Coordinate shifting schedules of leadership staff to facilitate meetings and travel arrangements
Schedule internal and external meetings, providing proactive and real-time calendar management
Assume responsibility for all administrative activities related to the operation of the office
Printing, Copying, FedExing as required
Ordering office supplies
Facilities Management
Visitors escort
Order supplies and special requirements for metro members
Vendor & Asset Management
Maintaining Inventory
Proactively identifying license renewals
Manage Office vendor relationships
Obtaining vendor quotes & processing orders
Manage time frames and budget related requirements
May act as coordinator for special projects and special events planning
Participate in special project assignments on an as required basis
Member Management
Member engagement activities
Planning and coordinating project activities and events
Teambuilding (potluck, ice cream social, team snacks)
Screening requests
Project assignment maintenance
Assist in the assimilation of new team members
Onboarding
Onsite coordination of sitting location
Assist with badge/parking pass
CGI setup for timesheets, travel, cell phone
Offboarding activities
Coordinate return of Assets
Respond to the team general ad-hoc inquiries
Compliance Activities
Assist with Monthly CPMF Requirements Activities
Track MSAPs, Evaluations
Track required member training
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficient Outlook skills
Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Strong planning and organization skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Resourceful and intuitive self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and enjoy multi-tasking in a technical and administrative environment

Bachelor's degree required
Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
Work from CGI office at least 3 days a week (1111 E. Main Street)
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $68,700 - $191,000.
