Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assist in planning and organizing company events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide front desk support when needed
Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role supporting executives
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to type accurately and quickly
- Experience with data entry and maintaining records
- Knowledge of event planning processes would be beneficial
