CFBank is currently looking for a Market President who will be responsible for business development and mentoring the sales staff in the Indianapolis region. This position helps to set the standard for CFBank’s sales and client service culture through the Bank’s commercial relationships. This Senior Management position has a high level of accountability and reports directly to the CEO.

Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Review and recommend objectives and procedures to fit company policies, working directly with the Executive team to establish and communicate organizational goals.

• Oversee business banking and general business development in a particular region.

• Increase customer base and impact the Bank’s bottom line.

• Identify and screen new business opportunities for prospective clients and establish strategic relationships.

• Ensure credit quality of product portfolios are at acceptable levels, coordinating with credit staff and work-out staff as needed.

• Assist commercial/business banking staff with larger complex relationships, offering expertise and guidance as needed.

• Seek opportunities to promote the services of the Bank through marketing, networking, and referrals.

• Comply with internal security policies and procedures and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.

• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record-keeping requirements. Complete all required training related to bank regulations and policies.

• Accept other responsibilities and projects as requested to add value for CFBank.

Education and Experience

• At least 10 years of commercial/business banking leadership or related experience is highly preferred.

• Must be a consistently high-performing Commercial Lender with a solid book of C&I business.

• Must have established market and network connections.

• Prior Commercial or Regional Bank setting experience preferred.
