Yourmissions :
Location: Field Job Summary and Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the team responsible for all recruitment-related activity for Ceva’s U.S. operations, including sourcing talent, coordinating selection activities, and managing the external agency relationships. The TA Manager is constantly looking for ways to improve and enhance key talent acquisition processes for the team and works to design and develop tools and methodologies to better help Ceva attract talent. Responsibilities and Key Duties: ·Oversees the entire Talent Acquisition Team ·Develops and leads strategies and processes to attract, build, and maintain a quality talent pipeline ·Partners with senior operational leaders to understand their business needs, priorities, and branding opportunities within niche skill areas ·Applies industry knowledge and experience to offer guidance to managers throughout the recruitment process and demonstrate judgment within defined procedures, practices and compliance guidelines to determine appropriate actions. ·Develops and maintains a strong and diverse pipeline of talent. Proactively identify opportunities to improve candidate flow and quality of candidate. ·Serves as Ceva’s point of contact for all agency relationships. ·Maintain and share knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices. Makes recommendations for optimization of Ceva’s talent acquisition practices. ·Track and provide regular reporting on relevant staffing metrics including requisition reporting, time to fill, recruitment expenses. Work Experience – 7 years relevant progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 1 year of prior leadership experience Other (consider certifications, specialized knowledge and/or training, etc.) - Fundamental knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Familiarity with EEO/AAP/FCRA/FLSA/ADA and how they relate to staffing activities. Proficiency in using MS Office and Microsoft Windows environments. This includes demonstrated skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Physical Requirements: While performing the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle, feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard. Often, the employee will be required to stand and walk to different areas of the site. This job will require close vision to be able to see a monitor. Working Conditions: Individual may be required to go into clean lab and manufacturing environments on very rare occasions in which protective clothing and gear is required including having to shower-in/shower-out. Travel Required: This position may require some travel although very limited - no more than 15%.
