Job Summary and Purpose :
The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities and Key Duties :
Onboarding and Offboarding
oFacilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time
oProcess employee terminations and conduct exit interviews as needed
Learning and Development
oCoordinates the execution of the local training and development plan to include maintaining and updating Ceva’s Learning Management Software, maintaining course content, assigning courses, and monitoring completion.
oContributes to global and local projects related to employee development
HR Operations
oMaintain accurate employee records, including employee files, HRIS data, and other documentation
oAssist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy review and development
Employee Relations
oServe as point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
oAssist with resolving employee concerns and conflicts
oAssist with HR audits and investigations as necessary

Physical Requirements :
While performing the responsibilities of the position, the employee is required to talk and employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle, feel and manipulate keys on a , the employee will be required to stand and walk to different areas of the job will require close vision to be able to see a monitor.
