About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to serve as the financial leader for a business unit that includes manufacturing and after-market service operations. The successful candidate will be a key business advisor, responsible for interpreting and driving financial results, and will work closely with the CFO, Vice President, and cross-functional teams to develop strategies for business growth and to meet short-term and long-term goals. This role involves leading a small team, producing financial forecasts, evaluating sales plans, monitoring financial performance, and managing expenses. The candidate will also be involved in continuous improvement projects, developing KPIs, and supporting the integration of acquired businesses.Applicants for this position should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for a master's degree and professional certifications such as CPA or CMA. A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial analysis or accounting roles within manufacturing or service industries is required, with a strong background in business partnership, forecasting, and operational analysis. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, ERPs, and data analytical tools are essential, as well as the ability to travel up to 15% of the time. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
