As a Director of Engineering on eCommerce team you will build and lead a talented team of engineers and technical staff responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Commerce technology solutions. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of software, applications, technical processes, and product management to drive multiple complex projects and initiatives, while serving as a primary decision maker for your teams and be a driver of innovation and solution delivery.

5 years of leadership experience and 8 years of the application engineering experience preferably in eCommerce domain
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions to drive product success.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with product management tools such as Jira.
Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
