**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Cash Manager to oversee our company's cash management functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts, technical accounting, and regulatory reporting. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health and stability of the organization. **Responsibilities:** - Manage daily cash balances and ensure proper liquidity for operational needs - Monitor and analyze cash flow, making recommendations for improvements - Develop and implement cash management procedures to optimize efficiency - Collaborate with financial teams to forecast cash requirements - Oversee bank account management, including reconciliations and account maintenance - Execute financial transactions, including wire transfers and investments - Ensure compliance with GAAP, securities law, and regulatory reporting requirements - Implement fraud prevention detection measures to safeguard company assets **Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Proven experience in cash management or treasury functions - Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial analysis - Knowledge of technical accounting principles - Familiarity with financial services industry practices - Ability to interpret and apply regulatory reporting standards - Understanding of securities law and compliance measures This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial management.
