Must Have Qualifications

• Not a field position. 90% of work is out of the job trailer.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Familiarity with Procore, Primavera Scheduling, and CMIC preferred.
• Experience in cleanroom environments and process piping/equipment design.
• Background in MEP, semiconductor, research lab, or manufacturing facilities is preferred.

Top Skills / Key Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade contractors and sub-contractors for high-quality work within project schedule.
• Lead contractor meetings, maintain project documentation, and oversee safety compliance.
• Create, manage and update the project schedule, create and implement contingency plans when necessary.
• Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to Project Team and Trade Contractors.
• Plan, coordinate and manage jobsite logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
