Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day accounting
Support month-end close
Assist with General Ledger work
Conduct reconciliations and journal entries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in accounting or a related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience and/or training with 5 years' previous experience as a manager
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Ability to solve problems with strong numerical skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Applications
