Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a AP Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Expected starting base salary $18 to $25 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable using accounting software.
• Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
• Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years' experience accounts payable or related fields
• Proficient in MS Excel skills.
• Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge in Accounts Payable

Experience :

• Analytical experience in the ability to work with numbers and generate reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in processing invoices and payments.
