Job Responsibilities:
- Process invoices related to case work and client related expenses, review complex payment.
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid accurately and on time, following departmental procedures.
- Processing transactions, maintaining accounts, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
- Using accounting software and other tools to handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.
- Associate's/ Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
- 1 year experience processing accounts payable invoices within a law firm.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of accounting software's, QuickBooks, ProLaw plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Full cycle AP processing.
