OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our hospitality-focused leadership team at Atomic Golf. As a Hospitality Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our 100,000 square-foot golf entertainment venue in Las Vegas, with a strong emphasis on leadership, team development, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing a diverse team, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the hospitality team, setting high standards of performance and maintaining a positive work environment
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations
• Monitor and maintain the quality of food, beverage, and overall service to ensure consistent excellence
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to achieve individual and team goals
• Create and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and smooth operations
• Manage inventory, supplies, and budgets effectively, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to continually improve the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume entertainment venue or similar environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and guests
• Being bilingual, or multilingual, is a big plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, customer service standards, and industry trends
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with hospitality management software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
