CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company is Hiring a Call Coordinator Near Mansfield, TX
- Answer Phones and transfer to agent or agent on call
- Greet guests with a smile and offer water and coffee.
- On-board new affiliations.
- Become proficient with Darwin-Cloud and functionally.
- Assist with Office Social media accounts.
- Assist with Office functions.
- Attend Weekly Level 10 meetings.
- Make sure the office is neat, tidy, and clean.
- Provide Backup to Agent Service Managers (ASMs)
- Assist with growth of office through marketing sphere.
- Keep agents happy.
- Encourage agents.
- Report to Regional Sales Manager (RSM) good, bad, and indifferent that is shared with individual by agents.
- Make sure supplies are stocked.
- Order marketing material from the Client Service Center (CSC) and make sure we have ample supplies prior to running out.
- Assist Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with the Morale of office.
- Assist with Planning of office events.
- Assist agents with marketing of listings.
- Assist agents with learning the Judge Fite Tools and Systems
