CALL COORDINATOR
Reside in the Oklahoma City Area
The Call Coordinator will work with the Broker Manager of our Midwest City Office to provide support to our Real Estate Professionals.
As the Call Coordinator, your role will include responsibilities such as:
· Answer phones and transfer them to an agent or agent on call.
· Keep agents happy.
· Provide a sounding board for agents to deliver ideas, concerns, and success.
· Provide one-on-one support to individual agents, including but not limited to initial onboarding, operational systems support, social media/ industry profiles, and general industry support.
· Provide proactive assistance to agents with general support requests.
· Assist agents with the marketing of listings.
OPERATIONS SUPPORT
· Become proficient with Darwin-Cloud and functionally.
· Assist with Office Social media accounts.
· Assist with Office functions.
· Attend Weekly Level 10 meetings.
· Provide Backup to Agent Service Managers (ASMs)
· Assist with the growth of the office through the marketing sphere.
· Order marketing material from the Client Service Center (CSC), make sure we have ample supplies before running out, and assist with the coordination of restocking.
· Report to Regional Sales Manager (RSM) good, bad, and indifferent that is shared with individual by agents.
· Receive and timely record property management deposits received in the office.
