In this role, you will:

Business Development

  • Drive direct sales efforts and enablement across the Columbus Operating Group (OG).
  • Provide sales leadership on key consulting pursuits and will be expected to exhibit superior thought leadership throughout the sales life cycle.
  • Identify solutions (often technology enabled) to complex business problems to meet client's organizational objectives
  • Increase revenue for this OG by identifying sales opportunities and managing the sales process through contract execution. This includes functioning in a collaborative team approach during pursuits while understanding how to deliver end-to-end programs that deliver strategic value.
  • Grow Centric's presence in the market, broaden the network of relationships, be an advocate for our brand, and help to educate companies about our full-service offerings.
  • Set both target and active account strategy and goals and provide leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals.
  • Maintain an understanding of Centric's core values, evolving service offerings, value propositions, and business model objectives, and apply this understanding in representing Centric to prospective and current active clients.

Delivery

  • Manage the full life cycle of complex projects
  • Support the evaluation and resolution of project issues and scope changes throughout the project phases
  • Manage client engagements in a matrixed fast-paced environment, including core aspects required to successfully plan, forecast, manage and report
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
  • Be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area of responsibility
  • Manage and collaborate with internal Centric teams and third parties in account administration activities, such as project setup, talent acquisition and staffing, approval of account time and expense, billing, and accounts receivable, etc.
