Position Title: Inside Sales Associate

Hours: 8am-5pm

Description of Work:

Helps to deliver a positive daily customer interaction through accurate maintaining of customer orders, being the friendly and welcoming face/voice of the company and helping deliver on the company’s standard of excellence. Adapting their daily schedule to accommodate the needs of the changing work environment, which may include but is not limited to the below duties.

Duties and responsibilities*: *Include but are not limited to.

- Prepares invoices for delivery*

- Ticket Entry and maintenance including:

- Load lists, maintaining orders*, invoices to drivers boxes, pick reports, route lists and more

- Process UPS orders and mail pick-up / drop-off

- Track, order and help manage office supplies and inventory

- Help solve customer challenges via in-person and phone trouble shooting or routing them to the appropriate parties

- Enter employee orders, fax orders, and offer over-flow support for the sales team

Requirements:

· Reliability and dependability with guaranteed transportation is a must

· Strong work ethic with a desire to grow and learn!

· Working knowledge of excel, word, and outlook

*Certain times of the year may require splits shift to accommodate the needs of maintaining orders and preparing invoices for delivery.

Pay Structure:
· $15.00 Per Hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
