Job Description :

Responsible to the Director of Dining Services and Catering Managers for cold food preparations and catering events coordination.

• Prepare salads and cold appetizers for all catering events.
• Manage the inventory of all salad items.
• Be able to follow and break down recipes.
• Assist with any other production duties as assigned.
• Event coordinating as needed. This is to include deliveries and catering set ups on and off campus.
• Help train and supervise students when they are assisting with production or event coordination work.

Requirements :

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, add, subtract, and follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
• One year of effective food service experience required.
• ServSafe Certification required or willingness to obtain.
