Job Overview:
We are seeking a Camp Director to oversee the operations and activities of our summer camp program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and experience working with students in a leadership capacity.
Duties:
- Develop and implement camp programs that align with educational goals
- Supervise camp staff, including counselors and instructors
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
- Manage camp logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and supplies
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding camp activities and updates
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Experience:
- Previous experience in education administration or higher education teaching
- Ability to educate and engage students in a fun and interactive environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience working with students of all ages
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
