Central Business Solutions is Hiring a Salesforce Data Analyst Near Minneapolis, MN

Position Role/Tile: Salesforce Data Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN.

Job Description:

This position will require end to end solutioning and client interaction. Position demands that someone can hit the ground running with Salesforce, Alteryx, and SQL.

This work supports a state government COVID contract, managing a large scale contact center operation. The work will be maintaining a set of standard reports and responding to a variety of operational reporting analysis requests. Salesforce reporting is a key part of the role, but there will be other reporting done outside of Salesforce in SQL server, Alteryx, Excel, and potentially Tableau.

Position will be required to connect to source data, build queries, ETLs, or Salesforce to create reporting tables, and then build a report to tell a story.

What software tools/skills are used to perform these daily responsibilities:

Salesforce, SQL, Excel, Alteryx, maybe Tableau

How will performance be measured:

We measure on-time delivery, quality, and utilization (how many hours worked vs. scheduled). We work in an Agile Scrum methodology that is built on daily updates of progress and issues/risks.

What skills/attributes are a must have:

Must have familiarity with Salesforce reporting, data manipulation (SQL or other relational databases) and building reports (Excel minimum).

Previous experience with Salesforce reporting
