Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing operational activities for businesses or functions across the region within our business services team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Excel and experience using data analysis tools, along with familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and Tableau. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work across multiple functions are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze data using Excel and other data analysis tools to synthesize information and provide summaries and actionable insights.

2. Translate information from one system to another, such as price builds to customer-facing price request documents.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.

4. Maintain a hybrid work schedule with flexibility in work hours, while ensuring the majority of work hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to interact with commercial teams.

5. Assist in executing operational processes and procedures for multiple products and services using various systems and data management practices.

6. Provide customer service support by sending and receiving instructions, answering questions, and acting as a point of contact between partners.

7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other partners, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

8. Provide comprehensive insight and recommend solutions to issues that deviate from established processes, escalating complex issues to appropriate staff.

9. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions.

10. Generate productivity reports, performance metrics, and monitoring reports, reviewing them for discrepancies and resolving issues as needed.

11. Execute new business migration activities and processes efficiently and effectively, ensuring smooth transitions.

12. Enter invoice information into customer web portals to ensure compliance with approved processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Tableau preferred.
