General Manager

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any guest issues or complaints.
- Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with owners to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with ownership to develop marketing strategies and attract new business.

Experience:

- Previous experience as a General Manager of a restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of catering, food and alcohol costs.
- Familiarity with software systems.
