This will work from home and on-site (hybrid), being the first touchpoint for all who contact Human Resources. This role does have responsibility to work from Rice Memorial Hospital to assist in facilitation of the onboarding process for new hires. In this role, you will work on a variety of tasks that assist CentraCare’s employees and new hires. This position provides quality initial support services with timely and accurate responses to all inquiries.

Position Details:

• Full-time working 80 hours every two weeks
• Monday - Friday
• Day hours, 8am-4:30pm
• Location for onsite work: Willmar, Minnesota
• This role will work onsite Monday, Wednesday, Friday and remotely on Tuesday and Thursday

What you’ll do:

• Triage and answer employee questions via HR service portal (MyPortal) cases and phone calls
• Meet and/or exceed assigned service level agreements (SLAs) by completing cases via MyPortal
• Meet with new hires to complete new hire paperwork, background studies, etc.
• Work in collaboration with other members of the HR and Service Center teams to ensure appropriate case escalation occurs, as needed

What you’ll have:

• High School diploma/GED required
• Post High School administrative support training or 1 years’ experience in an office-related setting required
• Previous experience with an HR service delivery portal preferred
• Previous HR experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively shift and adapt to new information and procedures
