Summary:
The individual in this role provides oversight for the health center under the CenterPlace Health scope and is responsible for all operations at their assigned location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, management of primary health care providers, clinical support staff, and clerical support staff. This role assists/directs patients with questions and inquires and supports the health center to provide quality and effective care. Additionally, this individual, works collaboratively with other program managers at the site to assure quality, comprehensive care is available to the population. The Center Manager assists the Director of Operations in motivating the employees, monitoring patient flow, training employees, and facilitating on-going communications and collaboration with the administrative team.
