Center One Surgery Center is Hiring a Patient Care Technician Near Jacksonville, FL
A busy ambulatory surgery center currently seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician who will be responsible for helping Pre-op and PACU with turnovers, putting away supplies, transferring patients and supporting nurses and other medical staff. The technician will assist with inventory levels by checking and stocking supplies. This candidate must have knowledge of standard precautions and aseptic technique.
Candidate must have 1 years experience and possess a BLS card. No nights, no weekends, no holidays. Four weeks paid vacation, many benefits, and quarterly bonuses possible after 6 months.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Patient Care Technologist experience, with 1 year or equivalent experience in an ASC or hospital surgery setting.
REQUIRED LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION:
No license required.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification. Must be state / nationally registered.
