Qualifications and expectations for a Concierge - Patient Relations Specialist

• High School Diploma or GED
• Introduce all new admissions and family members to facility and provide information about the facility
• Ensure rooms are admission ready
• Greet new admissions and address any concerns by resident and or family member
• Complete 72 hour and discharge surveys for all residents, follow up and ensure their concerns are solved in a timely manner
• Work with other departments to ensure issues are solved in a timely manner
• Speak to family members daily - communicate accurate information while providing support and comfort
• Transport residents to and from activities and beauty parlor
• Oversee room changes
• Assist in missing clothing complaints
• Request and assist with Google Reviews from satisfied residents and/or families
• Front desk coverage as needed
• Assist Admissions Office in getting resident/family to complete admission agreement packets
• Seeks out new experiences or methods; supports implementation of change
• Performs any other duties necessary as assigned by Supervisor
• Clerical skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Facility uses Sigma EMR system

Shift Full time 10am - 6pm Every other Saturday 9-5
