Part-Time Office Assistant/Hiring Specialist

Center for Thoughtful Lasting Change, a provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a part-time Office Assistant/Hiring Specialist to join our growing team. In this unique role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our leadership team while also playing a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our Registered Behavior Technician role and others.

Responsibilities

Office Assistant Duties:

  • Manage the calendar and schedule meetings/appointments for the CEO and other C-Level Executives.
  • Attend leadership meetings, record notes, and monitor progress on action items.
  • Manage company projects and initiatives.
  • Manage email and phone communication, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence.
  • Gather and analyze company data including key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate communication with outside agencies and individuals.
  • Hiring Specialist Duties:
  • Execute recruitment strategies to source qualified therapists and other team members.
  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Manage the interview process and candidate communication.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Stay up to date on industry hiring trends and best practices.
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including organizing hiring events and coordinating related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as an assistant or in administrative support. Skilled in scheduling, overseeing projects, and office management. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for the behavioral health field and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Experience in recruitment and hiring is a plus.
