Center for Human Development is Hiring an Assistant Manager Near Holyoke, MA

The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative and clinical supervision to Licensed Practitioners of the Healing Arts (LPHA) and to Team staff to ensure clinical protocols and standards are consistent across disciplines. Working with LPHA's the Assistant Manager will develop intervention strategies, crisis intervention plans and Community Service Plans (CSP)

The Assistant Manager will ensure the team adheres to program policies and procedures. All Assistant Managers participate in an on-call system to ensure staff coverage and effective crisis resolution. The Assistant Manager intervenes in the event of a person crisis, and behavior or incident in the program to resolve the situation and insure the safety of persons served and others.

  • 2 year(s): Supervisory Experience

Education

Required
  • MSW or better in Social Work

Licenses & Certifications

Required
  • LICSW
  • Licensed MH Counselor
