Description

Position Overview: The Development Data/Information Associate will be a key team member in the Development Department, taking responsibility for executing the back-end processes that keep our team moving forward in securing the necessary resources to fulfill our mission.

Key Duties

  • Work with the Senior Director of Development to adopt, install and maintain a CRM / donor management system, and then take ownership of its maintenance, guiding team members on best practices for tracking interactions, strategies, and progress with potential Partners
  • Responsible for developing, executing, and managing systems necessary to organize and coordinate all key T Bar M data sets including alumni, partners, prospective donors, Camp Families, and campaign information
  • Assist the Senior Director with Partner communications by providing regular reporting on key data and metrics, performance indicators (KPIs) and other important information
  • Supports Campership process in applications, CT interface and more
  • Regularly audits information systems to ensure they remain well managed and continue to support T Bar M’s needs
  • Creates or provides training materials, department guidelines, and system documentation on processes and best practice in using CRM system and/or other data reporting
  • Offers assistance to users of the CRM system within T Bar M and serves as the main liaison for CRM-related relationship management
  • Collaborate with the IT Department to integrate data and reporting with other existing systems and processes

Proven Experience

  • Working knowledge of CRM management solutions such as Salesforce, Keep, etc.
  • Skilled in data import, export, data cleansing, and maintaining data integrity within and extracted from a CRM

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; experience with CircuiTree a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Can effectively communicate with internal and external people including employees and leadership

Education

  • Associate degree or beyond. Information technology or related field preferred; 1 to 2 years of fundraising and/or customer relationship management experience; or similar combination of education and experience

This position is in the T-1 Grade and comes with T Bar M Camps & Retreats’ competitive insurance and benefits package.
