Responsibilities :

• The incumbent will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed for production.
• Provides daily administrative support / functions, including but not limited to various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Inventory reviews and issuing cycle counts.
• Packaging reviews for artwork, labeling requirements, requisition templates, master data updates.
• Multi-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Follows site safety rules and promotes their observance in performance of job duties.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of administrative and / or logistics experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines? Strong time-management and organizational skills?

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Must be able to lift and / or move up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes
• Shipping & Receiving experience.
• Experience working in a 5S and safety-conscious environment.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
