Summary:

The position will primarily onsite. There might be a possibility for hybrid after the training period, but it would still be primarily onsite.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The list below is a summary of responsibilities for this position:

• Process/Maintain the creation of manual Invoices and credit memos for SAP S4/ECC ,
• Process/Maintain credit references, both incoming and outgoing requests,
• Process/Maintain the invoice and payment reversals for SAP S4/ECC,
• Process/Maintain the customer master changes for SAP S4/ECC , Apply the open cash in SAP S4/ECC , Paper invoice delivery to our customers, Monitor/Maintain the AR email inbox, Electronic invoice delivery into customer portals.
• This is an additional responsibility that will relieve an administrative duty from our collectors, which will allow them to concentrate on their account portfolios, Process/Maintain the trade credit card processing for SAP S4/ECC and LN.
• Help Monitor/Process AP’s mail both paper and electronic.
• Support the Securitization monthly reporting, Apply the quarterly intercompany offset, Support the internal/external audit requests, Maintain the bankruptcy log ,
• Backup to the cash application process for SAP S4/ECC, LN and QAD, and Backup to the cash reconciliations process.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience
• Minimum HS Diploma / GED

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $22.00-25.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
