Client Services Associate – Wealth Management - Century City, CA

Summary:

Join our rapidly expanding and dynamic Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the RIA industry and possesses strong technical skills, including experience in Salesforce. If you have hands-on experience in the financial services sector, exceptional written communication and organizational abilities, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the influx of CRM cases, assigning them to the appropriate departments and ensuring timely resolution of client requests.
• Enter and maintain CRM data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client records, including up-to-date contact information.
• Handle incoming calls, assisting clients with time-sensitive tasks, preparing and dispatching client documents, and facilitating online access for clients.
• Provide crucial support to advisors and back-office personnel, enabling them to streamline their workflows.
• Assisting in maintaining the overall organization of the office, including electronic filing of client documents and assisting with special projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience/knowledge in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Experience in Salesforce, DocuSign preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective time management, and a track record of task completion.
• Ability to work independently within an office environment while also being a valuable team player.
