About this role:

In this role, you will:

• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving
• Receive, log, batch, and distributing work
• File, photocopy, and answer phones
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

• 6 months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 10-key numerical data entry experience
• Cash vault or cash handling experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
• Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven

Job Expectations:

• Hours: 25
• Training: 2 weeks of training
• Work Schedule - Monday Tuesday Friday 3pm-8 pm Wednesday and Friday 4pm -9 pm or until the work is completed (Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business)
• Standing up to 6 to 8 hours more
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• May be eligible for a 15% shift differential as outlined by the Wells Fargo salary guidelines
• No Visa sponsorship
