Location: Rockville, MarylandJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50.00 - 56.34 per hour Our client in the healthcare space is seeking a proactive and creative Internal Communications Specialist to join their team in Rockville, Maryland!As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will support the execution of communication and engagement strategies for their CNS (Central Nervous System) and Nephrology/Immunology Business units. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to produce a variety of content and support large-scale internal events. The ideal candidate will help foster commercial growth and expansion by developing integrated and streamlined communications.Responsibilities:Collaborate with CNS and Nephrology/Immunology Business leaders to provide strategic counsel and create compelling content for emails, newsletters, articles, videos, and presentations.Coordinate content development for major internal engagement events, including Fast Start Meetings, National Sales Meetings (NSM), Ecosystem Leadership Meetings (ELM), regular Town Halls, and other national cross-functional meetings.Manage and optimize internal communication channels for both business units.Craft and disseminate strategic stories that highlight the achievements of the Commercial teams to the broader enterprise.Work in tandem with the Corporate Brand & Marketing creative team to maintain brand consistency across all communications.Engage in ongoing change communications to reinforce the organization’s values and commitment among Commercial Business employees.Build and maintain robust relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure communication strategies are cohesive and aligned with business goals.Ensure all communication materials receive necessary approvals from Legal Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, and other relevant departments.Assist in the creation and modification of light graphics using company-provided templates and software (training provided).Qualifications:Experience level: ManagerBachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.Exceptional writing and editing skills with an ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in event content coordination and management.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a knack for persuasive communication.Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms, including content management systems and social media.Basic graphic design skills with experience in using graphic design software is a plus. JOBID: 1051713#LI-CELLA#LI-CN1Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
