Location: Stamford, ConnecticutJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $28.00 - 33.78 per hourOur client is looking for a dynamic Junior Production Designer to join their team in Stamford, CT for a 3-6 month contract!
As a Junior Production Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior designers and contributing to a variety of exciting projects. You will work on both print and digital designs, ensuring that the brand's high standards of quality and creativity are met. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers in the creation of print and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual content.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all designs.
- Prepare files for print and digital publication, ensuring high-quality output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design.
- 2-4 years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
- Understanding of both digital and print production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tackling new challenges.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a brand-side design role is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is an advantage.
