Food Service Execution Specialist

The Foodservice Execution Specialist supports the mission of CEFCO’s Foodservice department by ensuring Store Managers and Store associates are trained and execute CEFCO’s foodservice programs with consistency.

General Responsibilities :

• Monitors and supports Foodservice functions at stores in assigned region, with a primary focus on consistent food program execution at the store level.
• Reviews and reports on recipe and plan-o-gram execution, foodservice documentation, and reporting.
• Provides coaching to Store Managers and store associates on foodservice processes, efficiencies, quality, freshness, inventory counts, production plans, waste, cost management and proper equipment operation to ensure consistency and integrity in CEFCO foodservice programs.
• Identifies, reports, and assists in resolution of Foodservice obstacles to Director, Foodservice Operations as well as regional vice president and district manager.
• Serves as a food safety role model when in stores including visual appearance of kitchen, housekeeping, and efficiency of kitchen tasks.
• Conducts detailed food execution audit and coaches / re-trains where necessary to bring location into compliance.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years’ experience in store operations and restaurant and / or retail food service to include training and coaching to drive consistent execution of programs (preferably in a c-store environment), must possess strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills;
• solid skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word); working knowledge of PDI Enterprise and / or similar program; be self-motivated and work well independently;

possess professional communication skills (verbal and written); be able to interact with all levels in an organization, and possess a valid driver’s license and be able to meet a heavy travel schedule approximately 70% travel within assigned region.
