We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Office Operations Coordinator to join our executive team and contribute to our continued growth.

Position: Customer Service Specialist 

Location: Tyler, TX

Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm)

Job Description:

Innovative Pest Control is seeking an Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborating closely with a team, you will oversee daily duties, manage client inquiries, and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

The following are the responsibilities:

- Managing daily tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping

- Handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person

- Assisting in managing appointments and scheduling pest control services

- Maintaining accurate and organized client records in our database

- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing (Accounts Receivable).

- Preparing reports and presentations as needed for management

- Execute weekly payroll for the company. 

- Helping maintain a clean and organized office environment

- Providing support to technicians in the field as necessary

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Must have proven experience in office administration, customer service, and payroll processing in a fast-paced environment. 

- Strong organizational and time management skills required.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with customer support experience.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Must have a professional and friendly demeanor.

- Willingness to learn and adapt is a must.
