****Responsibilities****

**

* Load, run and unload the dish machine.

* Complete dish machine temperatures, sanitation logs daily to ensure machine is working properly.

* Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.

* Clean all assigned areas per the cleaning schedule and maintain a spotless dish room that is both clean and organized.

* Ensure an adequate supply of clean dishes for efficient delivery during meal service.

* Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.

* Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.

* Remove chipped items out of service and maintain a rack of chipped items.

* Bag and haul trash to the dumpster at designated times.

* Sweep and Mop kitchen areas.

* Clean food preparation and production areas using proper soap and sanitation solutions as required.

* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

* Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.

**Qualifications****

**

* No previous experience needed.

* Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures a plus.

* Professional communication skills.

* Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to problem solve.
