Cedar Pointe Health and Wellness Center is currently hiring a Full-time HR Manager for our skilled nursing facility. Do you have a caring heart and team spirit? We would love to consider you! Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 a year Key Responsibilities: Handle all HR related issues in the facility, including staffing, building and maintaining employee files, and new hire orientation Prepare, process, and submit payroll data for facility Establishes and maintains accounts and account records for all payable for the facility (A/P) On-Boarding Employee Relations Job Qualifications: 2-3 years of HR, AP and Payroll experience is preferred but not required Strong time management skills required to handle and process multiple tasks for the facility Working knowledge of common office machines is necessary Strong PC Skills required.
