- Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance,housekeeping and laundry - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards- Manage a team of Maintenance Technicians and Housekeeping employees -- Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors for facility projects- Conduct regular inspections to identify Maintenance,Housekeeping & Laundry needs and address them promptly- Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory- Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair facility equipment- Knowledge of State Regulations for Long Term Care setting- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
