About the Job
CDS Logistics is seeking a dynamic professional to be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department based out of our corporate office in Middle River, MD. As an HR Coordinator with CDS Logistics you will work closely with the Lead HR Administrator and HR Manager to ensure operational excellence is met in the HR department. The primary goal of an HR Coordinator is to support HR administrative functions, data management and compliance, talent acquisitions and vendor management, employer branding, and partner with the HR team to support special projects as assigned. The goal is to ensure we are driving business results to meet our organizational objectives, mission, vision, and values always ensuring operational excellence.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Little to no travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses office equipment such as computers, scanners, copiers, telephones. This position also operates near a warehouse environment, however only trained personally are permitted to access the warehouse environment while observing all safety procedures.
