Role Overview: This role is 100% local to Orlando, offering the unique opportunity to work directly for a developer on exciting ground-up projects within the multifamily space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for managing projects from inception to completion, this role is could be for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee an average of 2 ground-up multifamily projects and project teams. Projects including garden-style and mid-rise developments.
- Manage wood-frame construction of 250/350 units with amenities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Contribute to our exciting company culture and make your mark by leading, mentoring, and challenging project teams!
