Our Human Resources team provides partnership to every employee at our firm – from the recruitment process to welcoming new hires to the firm, to ongoing professional development and training initiatives, to enhancing our culture through a focus on DEI, to employee engagement opportunities and beyond. As a member of the HR team, you will have the opportunity to impact our people daily.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and passionate Employee Experience & Employee Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee experience and foster a culture of engagement and retention within the organization. Responsibilities will include: 
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including but not limited to recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Implement a new CCS marketplace recognition program.
  • Coordinate the annual employee engagement and sentiment process (annual survey, ongoing pulse surveys, focus groups, etc)
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to develop strategies for addressing identified issues and enhancing overall employee experience.
  • Oversee implementation of company events (such as employee appreciation days), in collaboration with .
  • Utilize data analytics and employee feedback mechanisms to track and measure the effectiveness of employee experience and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices related to employee experience and engagement, incorporating innovative ideas into our organizational culture.
  • Maintain and update employee communication channels, ensuring transparency and fostering open dialogue within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee retention strategies, including exit interviews and analysis of turnover data.
  • Plan and execute cultural events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to strengthen employee connections and sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate alumni program aimed at maintaining connections with former employees and leveraging their expertise, insights, and networks.
  • Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of belonging and respect within the organization.
  • This is a hybrid role, required in-office presence two days per week, with additional in-office days as needed
Qualifications:
  • Experience in employee experience, employee engagement, or a related field, with a minimum of [2-5] years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, Qualtrics, and employee engagement platforms preferred.

Salary Range:$70,000-$85,000 
Exact salary varies within salary range based on years of relevant experience and education.
