As a CSR, you will be the point of contact with our customer for coordinating custom label orders from inception to shipment and will resolve issues in regards to customer’s expectations and troubleshoot delivery issues.
You will provide high quality, customer- driven service through proactively identifying and addressing customer requests by fielding a high volume of incoming calls.
Responsibilities include:
Skills/Aptitudes:
Education and/or Experience:Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Ability to access, retrieve, update and review files utilizing Microsoft Office and Excel. Advanced Excel skills desired. Experience with AS400 desired.
