Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Community Bridges is one of the largest providers of substance abuse/behavioral health treatment in Arizona.

We currently have openings for Medical Assistants at our Tucson Inpatient program.

We are looking for individuals who have a Medical Assistant diploma or degree. Applicant must have a good knowledge of medical skills with some experience directly related to behavioral health. Medical Assistants work as part of a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment, and triage. Applicants should possess good clinical documentation skills and the ability to work within a fast paced behavioral health environment. Medical Assistants who are in recovery from substance use and/or mental health are strongly encouraged to apply.

Skills/ Requirements

Medical Assistant diploma or degree. Good working knowledge of medical skills; experience in recovery from substance use and/or mental health is a plus. Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus. New Medical Assistants encouraged to apply.
