Purpose of the Position:As a Collection Representative you will be responsible for assisting consumers to resolve their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent. To succeed, you should enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic, customer service and deadline-oriented environment.

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 9 months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
• Computer and typing skills required
• Excellent attendance
• Self-starter with great attention to detail
• Customer service mindset
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong work ethic
• A competitive spirit, an unrelenting drive to be the best
• Ability to learn new information and integrate processes

Additional Information:

• Training: CBE provides 3 weeks of paidtraining, no call center experience necessary!
• Work schedule: M-TH 11AM-8PM, F 8am-5pm and 1 Sat 8am-12pm per quarter.
• Compensation:$14.00 per hour plus commissions. With Raises to 14.50 at 90 days and 15.00 at 6 months. Commissions can pay anywhere from $300.00 to $600.00 per month, if you meet your individual and department goals.
• Location:Positionswill be located in our Clarksville, TN office.
