Position Overview :
Outside Sales Reps operate as independent contractors (1099), essentially running their own business. This role offers unparalleled flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours and work at your own pace.
Forget about the constraints of a 40-hour workweek or mandatory meetings at CBD National, you have the autonomy to shape your own schedule and work-life balance.
Position Type : Part-Time or Full-Time (with potential for advancement)
Compensation : Commission-Based (Lifetime of Account)
Sales Reps are paid 5% of Net Sale. In summary, commission-based compensation at a rate of 5% of the net sale means that the sales representative receives a percentage of the revenue generated from sales after deducting the cost of goods, providing an incentive for them to drive sales.
Job Description :
We’re looking for competitive and trustworthy Sales Representatives who can drive sales to our website. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects.
The goal is to get as many sales as you can by introducing yourself and CBD National to businesses that carry Hemp and CBD products.
Our process is simple : you simply give out your designated coupon code to prospective buyers. This code will give the buyer a 10% discount off their first order, and at the same time- assign the account to you so you are paid commissions for the life of the account.

- Not afraid to make cold calls

Requirements
Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to excel in a sales role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with a results-driven approach. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Fast learning speed and a passion for sales Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
