We have offices in 20 cities in 8 different states and serve over 10,000 individuals and families annually.

About our Compliance Department
At Cayuga Centers, we take pride in our 60 distinct programs that positively impact the lives of individuals, children, youth, and families. We are committed to delivering high-quality and innovative services. Our Compliance Department plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulations and standards. We are funded and/or licensed by the Federal government, 4 different states, numerous counties, New York City, and two distinct Florida Community-Based Care (CBC) entities, and we proudly hold Council on Accreditation (COA) accreditation. Previously a part of a larger Continuous Quality Improvement Department, we have now separated into dedicated Compliance and Quality/Effectiveness functions. Currently comprising 18 staff members, our Compliance Office has staff based in New York City, Upstate New York, and Florida.
JOB OBJECTIVES:
To ensure the organization's adherence to compliance regulations on corporate, program, and contract levels. The Compliance Officer’s primary responsibility is to lead a team of professionals and work collaboratively with agency leadership, the Board of Trustees, and the Risk Management Committee to ensure full compliance in all aspects of our work while maintaining a high-functioning, customer service-oriented Compliance Department.
